It Can't Get Easier Than This
Simply drill a 3.75" diameter hole into your countertop, drop it in, screw the locking ring onto the threaded hosing from the underside, and plug it in (it comes with an electrical cord for plugging into another outlet). We couldn't be happier. Does it "pop up?" Not really. You press down on it, to disengage it, and then you lift it up from the outer ring. But this thing is heavy duty. Thanks!

Looks Great!
Very well made. Have it mounted dead center of a 5ft square granite center island countertop. Makes using kitchen appliances very easy.

Not easy to pop up. very large diameter for the overall product cylinder, no USB
the pop up is not easy to pop up.... should be hydraulic but its not. they're also too big. not many options out there, but this is certainly not the best choice.
