9-Inch Wireless Car Stereo with Carplay, Backup Camera, GPS Navigation, Android Auto - by LAMTTO

I received my wireless car stereo (Smart Screen) this afternoon. I haven't installed it yet but after opening the package I felt like I had to write my initial review ( I will update it after installation). My first impression is that this company cares about their product. It came very well packaged. The owners manual is well written and easy to follow. Included in the box is the smart screen, power cable (uses USB-C), two mounting brackets with mounting disks, auxiliary cable with a trim panel removal tool and of course the back up camera with the cables. Included on each individually packaged item is a sticker with tips for ease of installation. There is also a QR code that you can scan with your phone to watch a YouTube installation video. I have purchased other similar car play devices and have been disappointed by them in the past. However, after inspecting this item I am already impressed by their quality and attention to details.I will be installing this Smarts Screen wireless car stereo in a few days and will provide an update to my review.4/7/25 Update: Well I installed the Smart Screen last night. It took me about 20 minutes most of which was trying to figure out where I wanted to mount it. First off the large display is great and very responsive to touch. Using Apple or google maps looks great on the large clear display. The auto dim feature help tp prevent glare from the screen when driving at night.It boots up much faster that other models that I have tried and after setting up the blue tooth and FM transmitter all sound comes through the radio nice and clear. Using the hands free for calling is great. The built in microphone picks up my voice and callers say that they can hear me very well. I haven't tried the back up cam yet as I and waiting for dry weather before running the wire to the back of the truck. I have a feeling that the back up cam will work just fine.Update: 4/25/25: After using the Smart Screen wireless car stereo for a few weeks I can say that I am very pleased. For starters, I have not had any issues with mounting the device. The suction cup with the extendable arm seems to be holding the Smart Screen securely. I like that they provide more than one method for mounting it.As for the back up camera, installation took about an hour after running the cable and mounting the camera. The picture is very clear and there is no delay when the truck in put in reverse. The large screen and adjustable guide lines make it easy to see when backing up.I recently reached out to their customer service with a question about using the AUX cable for sound. The next morning I received an email with suggestions that were very clear and helpful in solving my issues. I am very happy with their product and customer support. I highly recommend the Smart Screen Wireless Car Stereo as an alternative for older vehicles.

i bought this carplay screen 1 year ago and have used it a lot.. i’ve used the suction arm mount and put it on top of my dash because i have nowhere else to put it, it is in direct sunlight unless i put my windshield protector up which helps it from getting too hot and if it gets too hot (for example i drove 2 hours in 90 degree weather) and the screen freezes then you have to unplug it and plug it back in but then it freezes again if it gets too hot which is to be expected of a electronic device in the sunlight for too long. i drove 2-3 hours away several handfuls of times and used maps and it’s really helpful seeing it big screen (especially on waze to see where the cops are yknow yknow) and playing music on it is helpful so i don’t have to keep pulling my phone out. the suction part stopped sticking after a year of use and kept falling off my dashboard which was really frustrating so i emailed the manufacturer and got a new suction part for free within a week and half to two weeks maybe. they were really helpful with customer service and it was a relief to get a new part instead of having to buy a whole new carplay device (worst case).

I use the 9-inch LAMTTO mainly for navigation and music, and I have to say—it’s been a game-changer. The screen size is perfect! It’s big enough that I can see the map clearly without squinting or leaning forward, but it doesn’t take over my whole dash either.Set-up was incredibly easy—truly plug and play. I didn’t have to mess with any complicated wiring. I just mounted it, plugged it in, and it was ready to go. Took me maybe 10 minutes, tops. I can hop into my car, and it connects to my phone automatically. I can pull up my GPS, play music, take calls, and it all runs smoothly. Everything I need is right there on that big, clear screen.

Awesome screen color. Suction cup doesnt stay put. Had to buy cd type mount. Recommend
