I'm bug-phobic and clean drains (and even block) to prevent fruit flies from multiplying in the summer and chase down every housefly that manages to enter. On top of that, something we brought into the house carried clothes moth eggs and I've been fighting them for three years, reducing them each year. (Highly recommend the Faicuk Clothes Moth Traps Amazon sells.) I tried this trap with little hope because clothing moths supposedly aren't attracted to light like regular moths. Was happily surprised that this does indeed attract and terminate those evil bugs. I'm back to buy a third one because I WILL triumph over those moths. And house flies too!

I Work At A Nursing Home, Soo Lots Of Gnats. This Insect Catcher It Really Works. I Highly Recommend. There Is No Smell, The Design Is Quite Demure. The Only Thing Is Even If You Have It On A 2 Plug Outlet, It Only Really Fits Trap. Although You Only See Gnats, This Is The Second Sticky Refill And The First One Actually Caught A Fly . . . So It’s Pretty Sticky not mouse trap sticky but sticky enough For The Flying insects. So Fat I Had It Almost 3 Months And It’s Still Holding Up And The Light Is Still Very Bright.

Does this catch the fungus gnats that have been bugging me for months? Yes, some. But it doesn't work any better than the cheap sticky paper with no blue light.Very irritating that it takes up an entire outlet, the blocky bottom overlapping the bottom outlet if it's plugged into the top.**** edited to note that customer service reached out to me and indicated that they take complaints seriously and will consider feedback in revisions of the product. Great product! We were amazed how many little bugs and nats we had in our home. The strips last for weeks without having to replace with a new strip.

it works, i had no idea just how many gnats were getting inside.i had some trouble getting the plugs to fit our outlets - had to squeeze the prongs otherwise the thing just falls out of the outlet, but we have old outlets so probably not an issue with the product. so far (over a week in) no issues with it stopping working but will update if it does.

Any bug that comes near it seems to stick to it, but it doesn't attract bugs like its mainstream counterparts (Zevo). The light is more purple-y and not as bright, so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. Overall, I would recommend that you spend the money on the product that works more effectively instead of this one.
