Nice quality product and look. My only disappointment is that the engraving could have been a bit deeper, its very finely engraved, have to turn the key ring back and fro side to side to enable seeing and reading it. The seller gives a top customer help and support, very impressed.

For the price, the quality of the material was good. The packaging it arrived in was nice too, and I appreciate that it didn't take ages to arrive. However, when ordering, the sellers specifically write on the customisation page that the product will be centralised even if it isn't spaced correctly on the preview. Unfortunately, this turned out to be false, or the person engraving forgot this(?) as the item arrived exactly as was shown on the preview and not aligned properly. Disappointing and would not order again.
