We've had trouble with people parking in front of our garage door because we live next door to an event venue, This should get the point across. TBH I don't even know how I would have anyone's car towed... but this should scare them. It's a legit metal street sign complete with reflective paint. No more unauthorized parking here!

We live in a high traffic area so we definitely need this. We have it installed on her garage door and super easy to install. Excellent quality and love that it is reflective.

This is a perfect size sign for our work parking lot. I haven’t found anybody to put a pole into our asphalt parking lot, but the sign itself will be perfect to keep people from trespassing while the office is open and blocking the parking spots we need for our clients. Will probably order a couple more. Of course, once we find somebody to put in some poles. Sign is not a thick, sturdy metal. It bends a little bit so as long as it can handle the heavy winds in my area, it will do just fine.

EXCELLENT QUALITY SIGN. There are no faults I can find - the size may be big but it is clearly legible from 35 yards away. The material is not thin as in it can flap around in the wind but it is around 1mm+ in thickness. It’s covered with a reflective layer of transparent material and this will protect the letterings from ever smearing in weather conditions unlike other cheaply made signs. Comes with 2-predrilled holes for mounting (and doesn’t come with mounting hardware). A real 3M quality sign!

Very nice quality signs. The graphics are clear, and the size makes them noticeable. It would have been nice to have some sort of stand, or holder, to make these portable, but it's probably easy enough to make something yourself. Recommend to help protect your property.

I live in a location near a trail where people often park on my property and leave cars so I got these signs. The Faittoo Private Property No Parking Sign are very large and do reflect lights well, they stand out in the dark. The surface was a cement block surface so I used an exterior caulk to stick them on and added some glue epoxy to strengthen the hold to the wall which worked great. I did use duct tape to hold in place until both set in around 4 hours and this sign is not coming off. I would buy these signs again and think they are a great product.
