Just the job...
My triton cara shower has recently began cutting out after about two minutes of running, then after a short rest it would run fine again for another 2 minutes or so... Having googled this problem it appeared clear that the solenoid valve needed replacing. This replacement part looks exactly the same as the outgoing one and fitted perfectly, shower now running fine again. The part is secured to the shower unit assembly with 2 screws and connects directly to the water inlet pipe so you may need a pipe wrench and ptfe tape to complete the job.Also... Remember to isolate the electric AND the water before starting this job!I got very wet very quickly!

Shower won't turn off.
The shower water continued to flow when the shower was turned off. The replacement solenoid was easy to fit and it worked.
