This is a good tasting rice based pasta that is easy to prepare and is gluten free. Great for a quick meal.

The noodles cook well, they didn't get mushy they kept a good texture. I like the clean simple label just the rice flour and water. Would definitely buy again.

There was no flavoring but the noodles were very much like Roman Noodles. I like them and just use chicken stock instead of water, along with other seasonings. Would buy again

I've been in search of great ramen since I had to go gluten free with mixed results. There's always a compromise in texture or flavor or both. Not so with these. Exactly the way I remember them and want them. A bit firm and chewy, perfect texture even if you accidentally cook them a bit long. Zero complaints.

This is way, way better than the ramen soup sold in the local stores. Great flavor. I add 1 tablespoon of ramen seasoning that I made from a amazingly good recipe. I cook the ramen and seasoning together until it boils, then add some mixed veggies to the soup. It's the best ramen soup I've ever enjoyed. Even my daughter takes home a packet of what is in the ramen soup every time she's over which is pretty often. She's hooked on it too. I highly recommend this particular brand of brown rice ramen.

not versatile, not for stir fried dishes. let sit in very warm water for 3/4 hour, do not boil. brown rice noodles are very hard to find. will buy these again or maybe the the stir fry type.

Healthy but keeps the taste / flavor of rice noodles.
