Wonderful product ladies , taking it for two weeks consistently so far haven’t been getting those awful menstrual cramps after cycle. Notice some changes and very hopeful this is helping out. Def noticed a difference just be consistent on it and try for yourself see a change within first month

Unfortunately I didn’t see any results after taking these pills for a few weeks. The only difference I noticed were the stomachaches I was getting constantly after a few weeks of taking them, which isn’t normal for me. I stopped the pills and I’m starting to feel much better.

UPDATEAfter using this for well over a month now, at much smaller doses (5 days per capsule) I have to say that I am seeing a reduction in scar tissue in my nerves/muscles. I have not had any headaches and am slowly seeing progress. When taking a full capsule of this, I was getting headaches. I stopped and no more headache.DID I GIVE UP?Because I eat a very health oriented diet, sometimes much less dosage of supplements work better for me. So far, I am experimenting with very small amounts of this taken from the capsule and in water.ANY RESULTS?I am not finding remarkable results yet, but I am not giving up. Sometimes the gradual progress is much more lasting than quick results.THE BOTTOM LINEThis in full strength gives me a headache, but tiny doses daily seem to be sitting better with me.MY RATINGFOUR STARS. This is not terrible, but for me it is a bit too strong. I still recommend, but keep in mind, if you get a headache, try opening the capsule and taking small amounts in water first thing before food taken in a small amount of water.

I just received the product yesterday and used it lastnight...so only kudos I can give now is the absortion aspect, even with the grains in it, the product melts down great into my skin. I'm hoping to see results soon...I will be using it faithfully!!!!!!
