Loads of things changed
I have lost 17kg, changed my diet, I am exercising a lot, not drinking alcohol at all, using nasal spray, throat spray, anti snoring ring, rinsing my sinuses once a day, using humidifier and air purifier and it is much better, but it is hard to say what is the % success of this thing.

Really wish I had discovered this earlier. I suffer from terrible hayfever. June is hell for me. My nasal passages itch like mad (no matter what medicines I use) so painful and I can look such a mess with my swollen face. Then I found THIS! I use it several times a day, whenever my nose passage starts to get a bit itchy. Goes away instantly and for several hours. I am just amazed. You're supposed to use the salty warm water products for it, which I do occasionally, but sometimes I just use tap water and the coldness instantly calms things down. So happy! This is a life changing purchase for me

Excellent 500ml Bottle for Saline Rinses
Should last a while. Easy to use, hold, clean. I like this bigger bottle for a bigger dose. I sometimes use normal salt.
