Great Christmas gift!
My husband and I are in our 60's and don't get out to exercise as much as we like. This is the perfect remedy for that. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband and we are both enjoying the convenience of getting exercise at home while watching TV, reading, utilizing free weights for upper body while biking, and I can even crochet!
