The packaging is great and the product looks (visibly) great! Will update on taste next weekend! Pancakes are planned! Update: Pancakes were delicious. We mixed it with amaranth flour and BAM, we have an iconic Saturday! Best pancakes Ever. Is now a staple ingredient in our household!

Didn't work for me.
My wife likes pumpkin pancakes. It is hard to find good pumpkin mixes so I thought I would just use this to flavor our current mix that is 50% Klondike Pancake mix and 50% Carb Quick. The first issue I had was that when cooking the mix with 25% of this pumpkin flour was that it would never firm up. It was a gooey mess no matter how long I cooked it. They are not edible. So I cut that amount in Half. I still had the same problem. Then I tried a mix with 1 Tbl of the pumpkin flour to our standard mix. This firmed up but had no pumpkin flavor. So I tried 2 Tbl's. This firmed up but was borderline gooey. Still no flavor. I threw the rest of this pumpkin flour in the trash. I will be looking for another brand.

Taste is great!
I use this flour to make pancakes, scones. And banana bread! It’s easy to use and is a great substitute for those of us who are gluten sensitive! I love all your flours!

I received an expired product.
On July 19, 2019 I received a product with an expiration date of June 5, 2019. I am requesting a refund.

My last two shipments looked too light colored to be sweet potato flour
The last two times that I ordered this product the flour in the container is way too light colored to be sweet potato flour. In fact, it more resembles flour made from white potatoes than sweet potatoes. The good news is that the yam flour on both occasions looked as it was supposed to look.

Yummy and Pure
My daughter and I used this to make pancakes using two eggs, 1/3 cup of the sweet potato flour, one teaspoon of olive oil or oil of your choice and I sweetened it with just a pinch of stevia. It was really good and she likes to eat these pancakes. Very picky eater and I don't just feed her healthy stuff LOL, although I do try, she does really like the pancakes made with the sweet potato flour. Highly recommended

Great replacement for sugar
It's a great sugar replacement. I use it in making breads, very little. Replaces the honey occasionally. I recommend it for its nutrient value too.

Great for pie
I baked apple pies for Thanksgiving and using apple flour in place of regular flour gave it a really nice flavor.
