Q: Is this suitable for humax fvp 5000t

When searching just put in HUMAX as couldn’t find manual at the time, and it’s works perfectly, compared picture of handset & looked the same - it matched exactly Turns out ours is HDR-FOX T2

I bought one and did a Google search for the codes. That worked fine for TV and the Humax box. I bought a second one, repeating my initial order, and that would not let me programme the TV. I returned the and purchased a third remote, but unfortunately that one would not work with the TV either. The buttons for the second and third remotes differed slightly from both the Amazon picture, and the first remote I was sent.

This remote is programmable for a TV if you are sent the correct item. I ordered three. The first worked perfectly and was programmable, the other two would only work with the Humax box and would not allow me to programme the TV button..

It has the opt+ button but I don't have the hdr fox-12 so can't help in this regard.

Ordered in error

Poor quality copy of the original manufacturer's item. Useless after14 months usage.

This item is not value for money.1. Button function allows item to be selected and cancelled in one press due to repeating action.2. Not of merchantable quality as a number of buttons ( all of which required a very firm press from the start of usage), now no longer work all or part of the time after just over 12 months use.

Brilliant Replacement Remote
