I believe this product, Super EFA Liquid Plus essential fatty acids should be an important stable in your vitamin regime.I started taking this product after doing a bit of research on the need for having Essential fatty acids in the diet.Since it helps to regulate blood pressure, immune responses and liver function, as well as help with breaking down cholesterol and blood clots (found while doing my google research) I have been taking this ever since. The orange flavor helps to mitigate the "fishy" taste.

I see a difference in my skin since I stated taken this product.My father can also move his hands. They were starting to become very stiff do to arthritis.

I bought this on my doctor recommendation. I am sure it’s a great product but it tastes oily and thick. Probably better if added to juice, etc.

I personally prefer the capsules, but we ordered this when the capsules were temporarily unavailable. Worked well in a pinch! Tasted like orange oil, so it was not difficult to take. Would work especially well for someone who can't swallow capsules.

I really like that this has plant sterols in it! The flavor is bearable, not the best thing I've ever eaten, but not gag-worthy!

My doc recommended this. Haven't had blood work done, but we'll see if it helps any.
