I purchased this for my husband, he has been taking it for two weeks and he says "I feel better than than I have in 5 years". He is able to bend all of his fingers and his knees no longer bother him. Overall, haven't noticed much of a difference, but my boyfriend takes this for maintenance so wasn't expecting much. Seems like a good quality supplement. No GI upset or other symptoms to note. Made in USA, and the addition of collagen and MSM is a huge plus.Please be mindful if you have a shellfish allergy like me, likely shouldn’t take these.
