Let me start by saying that my husband is extremely handy. There isn't anything he can't fix or put together mechanically or otherwise. However, I heard many expletives being muttered while he was laying under the sink installing this. It certainly didn't go in as easily as our last faucet (Koehler, same style, but chrome and $200 more expensive). Once it was in though...stunning. We have received so many compliments on it. Its been in for about 3 weeks now and the dual button has stopped working. We can't switch between the two types of water pressure. I'm not pleased about that at all. So, buyer beware, you get what you pay for with this faucet and if you/your husband isn't handy, skip this one. It's a pain to install. However lovely it may look.

Pay attention to the dimensions of other faucets like this one on Amazon. This one has a height around 21"...I almost bought the one that was 34" tall and that obviously would've been too tall, considering our TV over the sink. Installation wasn't that difficult, just a tight place. The directions left a lot to be desired. There is a white plastic thing (part 4) that I ended up using (although it wasn't clear where, when or how to use it), but I placed it first under the sink then placed the washer (12), gasket (11), then locknut (10) ...it seems to give the faucet more stability to swing it around. The faucet hose connector is not a "quick connect", you have to screw that in...and don't forget the washer before doing that...I did and it was a pain to unscrew and screw the hose back in.All in all, we love the faucet! Great water pressure, the shower sprayer stays on when clicked (I heard others you have to hold the button to keep the sprayer on). Totally happy with this one.Also the oil-rubbed bronze isn't just a film that was placed over a stainless faucet (saw that on a different faucet) this is the real deal.

This is a very pretty faucet. I loved the oiled rubbed bronze look and it looks slick with our black quartz sink. I don't mind how tall the arch is, but I'm not a fan of how close to the back of the sink it is. Like when you rinse dishes the water just splatters and sprays all over the counter/back of sink counter areas. I wish it came out another couple of inches. It also keeps coming loose at the base. We've had it installed a few months now and have had to tighten it back up a few times. As well as we've had to take the nozzle filter out and clean it several times. We plan to sell our house soon so I'm not too worried about it, but I don't think I'd buy again for the new house.

Sadly I have to give this 2 stars because it only lasted 1 year. You literally get what you pay for with this! About 10 months in we started having trouble with the water option click (where you select stream or spray) sticking an changing right in the middle of what you were doing. About 10.5 months in the spray option would not stick whatsoever. Now 12 months in the spray option still won’t stick and the stream option only dribbles on full pressure (see pic) ... basically unusable now. Will be installing a new faucet this week.Pros: when it worked I loved it! And it’s gorgeous. Got so many compliments on it from guests.

I really love this!It was relatively easy to install. We ended up having to take the sink out and do it that way but that’s not the faucets fault. Just out under sink set up. It works great and looks awesome!Only thing is, we have a ceramic sink and I wish I could have contacted the seller when I ordered it to get the longer threaded one. It ended up fitting ok but it was barely. The longer would just have been easier.It reaches every corner of the sink, the butting works great and doesn’t feel cheap, everything but the hand part is made of metal so it feels and looks good. I just really love it!

Be aware that if you have solid surface counters and a non-stainless sink, he shaft of this faucet might be too short! I had to buy something different for my kitchen. Someone with laminate counters will enjoy this, though. I still love the look of it.Update: Adding a star because of how eager the customer service was to try and get this to work for me. They sent a piece of shaft in hopes it would help but since I couldn't figure out how to attach it, and the water lines were too short to reach through it, I still couldn't use my faucet.

In Love with my Kitchen Faucet. Great quality. Perfect for a deep farm house sink! I love the button on the sprayer, you have a steady stream or shower stream to choose from. Once you click the button too choose your preferred water flow, it stays until you click the button again. You do not have to hold the button in to maintain the flow of water you choose. LOVE IT!

We recently moved into a new construction home that was a spec home, so there are a few fixtures I don't like, including the kitchen faucet. It was nice, but awkwardly shaped and when you removed the faucet/sprayer to clean the sides of the sink or something, it was hard to do because of the shape. We had a similar style of this Refin faucet in our last home, and we liked this style, so I picked this one because it was the style we wanted and the price was great.Installation was quick and easy, and it works great. It has great water pressure, feels comfortable when you're moving the sprayer around, is easy to switch between the two spray functions, and looks great. It's a little taller than I wanted, but I adjusted to that pretty quickly. Overall, it looks great, especially for the price, and I'm very happy with it!
