Legit item.
The media could not be loaded. I was a little skeptical at first buying this item with only two reviews that had five stars with no review comments but this item is legit. 5/5 I bought this to fix iPhones mainly the back glass.

Poor quality control.
I had ordered one a few weeks back and due to the screw being bent, the clamp couldn't close properly. I had a replacement sent out, and it had the same exact problem just not as severe. The quality is quite poor but functions alright. For the price, I expected better.

The bottom rubber pieces came off and the product would keep sliding around while trying to work, not good

dosent include the suction cup to remove the screen.
Was a bit disappointed that it did not include the suction cup like it shown on the video to remove the screen easier as this is what was for the intended purpose. I will say that it is made with good quality materials and seems solid.

Second hand
The media could not be loaded. Send a second hand item and it’s show on video it has a lcd pull out system aswell but when i receive it wasn’t there
