Just recently had back surgery and these have been a life saver!!! I bought blue and purple so I could alternate, best decision I've made lately! They are the perfect size and cover exactly what I needed them for.

It was a gift for a friend who has a really bad back.She loves the gel pack. It works better and covers her back more than others she's tried.

This is a very nice ice wrap. Good quality.Just be aware that you need to KEEP and use the Bag that is on the box to put your wrap in it when you put it in the Freezer. The bag keep it from moisture and smells that are in the freezer.

I bought the blue one in the past and I've liked it really well. However, I purchased a black one to help me when I had my knee replacement. I've been disappointed with the black one because they have four sections that contain gel and one of the sections came empty. This really affects the amount of coverage you have to help with the pain. The blue one is value for the money, helps with pain relief and very flexible and all four sections had a good amount of gel in them. Also it holds its coldness a decent amount of time. I gave it four stars for the one section being empty of gel in my black one.

Just what the doctor ordered! This is perfect for back, shoulder, arms, legs, etc. It’s soft and fits comfortably.

Very happy with this convenient ice pack. Easy to use and stays cool for a good 20-25 minutes.

The strap is a little short if you are putting around waist and arent tiny. But it works very well

First one delivered without a bag. Second one was delivered with the bag and ice pack. While good, the pack does not get tight for use on calf or forearm. I had to wrap another band around it to keep it in place.
