Nocry has absolutely the best customer service of any company I have ever delt with! I had a problem with the inital fit and one email later a replacement set was sent to me. It arrived two days later and in time for me to complete the attic work and saved my knees. Cannot say enough about both the quality of the product and their customer support. This review is for the packaging and storage of this item shipped by Amazon, sold directly by NoCry. The boxes do not have any kind of seal/tape and do not contain a desiccant. Mold was growing on all three sets. Not white thread or lint—mold.Update: NoCry support provided a full refund. I placed an order on their site, and the pads arrived in sealed plastic. No mold. Very comfortable and will get the job done.

I originally ordered the NoCry Professional Gardening Knee Pads with Extra Soft Foam & Gel Cushion and found them to slide off my knee no matter what I tried. I contacted NoCry and Charlie, quickly sent me a link for the NoCry Professional Knee Pads for Work for Men — Adjustable Thigh and Shin Straps and said he would send these as a replacement and that I did not have to return the original pair. The pads fit great, and provided the protection I needed for redoing my deck and porch.I highly recommend NoCry and with customer service like this, I will be ordering from them again for gloves.

I’m a small female, 5’2” 125lbs and for some reason the size small/medium didn’t seem to work for me. I’m a mixed media artist so I do anything from painting to welding and pretty much everything in between. I liked the larger size because they stayed with my knees when I was on the ground and welding above my head, I would slide around on the knee pads and they stayed with me better than the smaller size.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these, when you kneel on them you can feel the gel cushion and, for me, the straps they are attached with stay in place. I'm probably going to buy a pair to use at home as I use these on cement flooring at work.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Purchased these and the first pair lasted about a month. I was sent a 2nd set and they lasted a little longer, probably 3months. The flaw is the thin strap material. I use them daily as a hands on contractor.I do recommend trying the round version vs. the flat. The flat ones need to be kneeled on precisely or they will roll around the knee.Because of the customer service, I’d recommend this product hands down. Knee protection:It does the jobDurability:if the straps were made with thicker and better quality, they would be top of the line and minimal replacements (assuming).

They work great for airsoft they stay in the right place even while doing jumps with sprinting. However, im not sure if this is normal for most knee pads but i used them at work doing tile and stayed on them for about 2-3 hours without issue, but after that they became minorly uncomfortable, and seemed to continue getting more at about hour 5 or so, but that could just be me getting more annoyed about it as it lingered. They also left marks on the back of my leg, however the marks didn't give the same feeling of discomfort as they have with other knee pads ive tried, if that makes sense. Overall they are solid especially for the price.
