My doctor advised that i get this after a recent appointment, i dont know enough about it to say if it is helping with my underlying issues, but i do know that is frankly very comfortable and soothing to use, it blocks out almost all light, is very warm, has just the right amount of weight to it.Frankly its brilliant, the only downside is that it reckons it needs to be replaced after 200 uses or 6 month of daily use.

Exellent to help out dry eyes.

This has proved easy and comfortable to use. It's early days but is definitely working better than warm water eye compresses and I am seeing some improvement. Glad I made the purchase.

I thought the smell of the natural product was quite pleasant at first but with use it got stronger of wheat.It did the job but lack of a strap was also a disadvantage.I bought another product after several weeks of using this one. It was so much better..,

Got this for my boyfriends eyes. It's a bit had to get it to the right temperature in the microwave and can be a faf but electric eye masks won't get hot enough for beletharitis, so it is what it is.one time we must of left it in microwave too long and it started smoking and burned a hole through the fabric, my boyfriend ended up with the little seeds all over him!!! It was quite funny I just sewed it up and was fine. I would recommend putting in for 1 min and the giving it a shake before putting it back in for 30 seccond intervalsI would also say, put it in a sandwich bag if there is a lot of stuff that comes out of your eyes or they are infected because the gunk will get on the fabric and you will have to wash it and dry it before you can use it again.
