This a wonderful product. NOT THE BEST. But worthy of 5 stars due to the price. You NEED a wired mouse with a good sensor on it. And it need's a good surface under it. Wireless is NOT a option with this. The latency is to insane to consider wireless a option. You then need to go onto your PC and change the DPI settings of the onboard memory to 3100-5000 depending on you're playstyle. if your mouse doesn't have onboard memory or the option to change to this higher DPI setting you need to get one that dose or you will experience cut outs in movement. Then, You will need a OK mech or decent WIRED keyboard. Again WIRELESS is NOT a option. No special stuff is needed here. You NEED a "smart" phone to get the app to change the settings to your liking. I will post some of mine on the shared section in the app for anyone who wants to use them and you are also able to do this. The app looks safe and there are no ad's on it. you get the app by scanning the QR code in the booklet you get with the Gamesir. It's on one of the .pages. YOU NEED TO GET THIS APP TO RUN THIS AND SET IT UP! anyways I think that's pretty much it. And I hope this helps fix it for most people who buy it from now on. Don't listen to the reviews posted about this product after using this device for an afternoon I am left with nothing but frustration and a wasted 50$. Let's get into it so technically yes this device works but if you are a regular PC gamer looking to imitate a M&K on consoles this is not for you. So first off the app is very confusing and half the time when you change keys it just reverts your changes. Another thing is the mouse sensitivity it just doesn't work right or feel like you're aiming with a mouse I've tried many things from maxing out the DPI on my mouse to maxing the sensitivity in game and through the app but still after doing all that you have to use half your desk to move your crosshair an inch or two. Maybe it was the games I played I only tested this in Overwatch Ghost Recon Wildlands/Breakpoint and The Division 2. Finally the presets in the app are a joke most of them are exactly the same or aren't even close to mimicking the PC controls for these games. Im sure if you do some more research this product might work out better for you but even after messing with app/game settings for over 2 hours I couldn't comfortably get this to work for me. I very much regret spending 50$ on this for me it's probably gonna sit on my Xbox where I will attempt to use it one or two more times I will update my review if it works better for me in the coming weeks.

Worked like a charm soon as I plugged it in. You 100% need to use the app (which works very well) to change keys. Im super impressed. Now I feel hardly any difference switching from PC to Xbox/PS. Also used this with a wireless keyboard/mouse combo and worked perfectly.

This does work on PS4 but it requires a DualShock controller to be plugged in at all times. Also you have to have the later model controller (CUH-ZCT2) which supports USB connectivity unlike the previous one which is bluetooth only.The other caveat is that the WASD keys are permanently mapped to the left thumbstick which sucks cause' I wanted to use them for the d-pad. I ended up using 4ERT instead.I'd agree with the other reviews in that the instructions are kinda sparse. The build quality isn't bad though; it even has sticky feet which plant it pretty firmly. Customizing controls through mobile app is pretty straightforward and it detected the hardware via bluetooth instantaneously. You can even customize the light patterns.Overall decent value compared to alternatives. I didn't test a mouse so I cannot speak to that.Happy gaming!

My son asked for this for Christmas. i ordered it and he says it works like it should with his PS5.

My son wanted it to hook up to his pc and ps5 but they weren’t compatible.

This product says in the title its compatible with ps5 but if you read the fine print it says it only works on certain versions or whatever. Really wish I took a little more time to read the descriptions rather than spending most of my time looking at reviews. If you plug this into your ps5 and a knm it starts spazzing out. Opening ps home and closing it etc basically making it so it doesn't work. Also every game I've tried it on doesn't work with it. Very upsetting. It says you need another adapter to make it compatible but I haven't been able to find it and I've been looking. I really wanted this to work

I think this will help a lot for people looking for stick drift free competitive gaming, if you get this there will be lots of wires around your set up, work great but make sure your controller doesn’t have drift, or at least up the dead zone so it won’t interfere with the mouse and keyboard when playing
