Fantastic for hangovers, the first time I had one I went from being curled up shaking in bed to being able to have a somewhat regular day. ever since I’ve used them for hangovers, workouts, and outdoor activities and they work great for every occasion. The amount of sugar per pack is not ideal, but worth it to get your body hydrated quickly. They have a bunch of flavors and they are all very palatable. Works better than any drink I have ever tried. It dissolves easily making it a very pleasant drinking experience.

I work outside and this product helps me stay hydrated. I split I packet between 2 x 16.9 oz water bottles. It’s a matter of taste and to each their own. Highly recommend, easier to carry than a large sports beverage and saves space in lunchbox.

Love these packets. I put 1 in my 30 oz tumblr at time and it’s the perfect strength. Not too strong and not too weak. The lemon lime flavor is my favorite.
