Easy to set, large numbers, fits nice in my decor .

I had an atomic clock when I lived in the mainland US that was great. When I left to go back home I brought it with me and it lasted for YEARS -- keeping time accurately even though the atomic clock function doesn't work where I live now. Originally bought from Costco at a very reasonable price. Couldn't find the same clock so I purchased another one from Amazon. It was one of those larger atomic clocks with the date and temperature. It was more than I wanted to pay but I also wanted a LARGE clock so we could see it from across the room. It was crap. I expected to have to manually set it -- but then it didn't keep the right time. And it lost various functions like temperature read out it and finally died in about a year.All of this to say that we gave this much smaller clock a shot because of the price. It's not atomic but then that didn't matter. What we were concerned about is the ability to read it across the room. We were pleasantly surprised. Even though the clock is much smaller than the previous ones we can read the time from 25+ feet away. Honestly the temperature and date read outs are smaller and we need to be closer to see them -- but that works for us. The MUCH LOWER PRICE makes that small inconvenience something we can live with.
