Got this for two Xmas gifts this year. They were able to easily set up and start sharing pictures. It’s fun when visit to see their favorite pictures. The size is good and everyone enjoys it. Definitely a great way to display memories.

I've had this frame for a little over a year and it randomly stopped working one night and wouldn't turn on again the next morning sometime between our scheduled off/on hours (a feature the software offers). Since it had been 13 months since I purchased it and the warranty is listed as 12 months, I figured that was just the way things go for me and reached out to support to ask if they accept frames for diagnostics and repair and what their rates for such are and much to my chagrin they just offered to replace it outright, because, and I quote from their email; "We apologize for the inconvenience; we want to make sure you have the best possible experience with your Aura frame!"This is why I love the smaller, more labor-of-love type companies. The companies that sit in the comfortable spot between so-small-they-fold and too-big-to-care. They value their customers!The product itself is pretty good, resolution is reasonable and the app and software itself is easy to use. I purchased this frame after one of our cats passed away last year; I couldn't decide which pictures of his to print out, so I took a shot on a digital frame so we could display a selection of his photos while we were grieving. It was super easy to hook up my Apple Photo albums to automatically import into the frame. Now that iOS 17 and MacOS Sonoma have pet face detection, it's been a breeze getting the frame to display every single photo we've ever taken of our dearly departed furbabies without having to manually find them in all our pictures.For pictures that aren't the right aspect ratio, some photos do have to be manually aligned for display via the app, but it's pretty easy to do and it doesn't modify your photos; you can also elect to use black or the extended-and-blurred letterboxing on the sides or top/bottom depending on if you use the frame in portrait or landscape mode, or you can zoom to prevent that altogether. It also plays videos, and while they disclaimed the ability to auto-import videos from iOS albums, my experience was that they showed up anyways.As an added bonus, there's a kind of private social-networking type aspect to the app; you can add anyone you want to your frame so they can add pictures to it, and you can heart and comment on the photos in the app. So it's probably great for families or friends who are either separated by distance or just love sharing photos with their loved ones (I'm one of those weird types who really only displays photos of pets, and until i teach them to use the phone it's going to be just me using the frame)Highly recommend this company and their products! Will submit a photo of it in action once the replacement arrives!

Like most folks, I have 1000s of photos on my smartphone, iCloud and Google photos. I’m not into printing them up and putting them in albums anymore. However, I was looking for an easy way to view and enjoy photos from my travels.About 10 years ago, I had one of the first-generation digital picture frames. (You had to be standing in the right light to see the picture. And all the photos had to be uploaded on a USB.) This is so much better! Set up is easy. First off, you download the app and within a minute you can start selecting the photos you want to share with the frame. All the photos are on the Cloud, so there is no space limit.The frame is a neutral gray color. It’s sturdy and works vertically and horizontally. The picture on the frame is clear and vibrant. To be honest, I don’t know how Aura does it, but the photos from my old iPhone SE look fabulous! As your uploading the app makes a suggested crop, which you can accept or skip. Honestly, my photos never looked better.Another huge benefit is being able to invite family members to select and share photos with me. I’ve only been using the frame for about a week, but I’ll definitely be buying a few frames for gifts this holiday season. My mom is going to love having more photos of her grand kids!

I wish I knew about this digital frame sooner. Bought it for my 87-year old father who is now living in an assisted living facility.I sent out some text invites to family and his friends so they could add photos and now there are just under 300 photos spanning over 70 years displayed via his frame.Incredibly easy for anyone to add photos and the picture is great. And via the app you can see how each picture will look in the frame and it’s easy to resize a photo to suit your preference.Great digital frame.

Purchased a frame as a gift for relative in Mexico. She loved it! I can upload infinite pictures & videos to share with her. Bought second frame a year later for my wife. She loves it too. Single login for both devices, easy to setup and manage - can set timer for hours of operation too. That said, shortly after purchasing the second frame, the first quit working (about 1.5 years after purchase). Customer service agents replaced the frame at no cost to me. A rarity these days. They were very professional, personable and efficient. I am extremely happy with the frames and the company. Highly recommended ;-)

I'm an amateur photographer. I was looking for an easy way to display my many pictures. I was not disappointed!! You will not be disappointed. (I'm a REAL person, I'm NOT getting paid by the manufacturer).You will love the picture quality, the frame quality, and how easy it is to add pictures from your phone or computer. One of the best purchases I ever made.I love it so much, that I bought a second frame today to display my many travel pictures. The first frame is being used to display my MANY family photos. (As I said, I'm an amateur photographer).You won't be disappointed!!I can't speak to the tech support as I have not had any issues. But the one thing I will say is, google youtube on how to use it and you'll see for yourself how easy it is to use. That's how I got started using it quickly.
