Only worth it if the stock foam tips bother you.
I tried these with a pair of Shure SE846 IEMs. For those who have comfort issues with stock foam tips and still prefer foam over silicone, these may be a significant improvement. If you don't have comfort issues with the stock tips, then don't bother. These foam tips are initially much less pliable than the stock Shure foam tips. However, once warmed up, the foam becomes very soft and very pliable, much more than the stock tips. Prior to warming up, they're easier to insert into your ear because they expand much less rapidly, giving you more time to position them correctly once you compress them.Supposedly, the only difference between the Comfort PLUS and the Isolation PLUS is the shape of the tip. The Comfort PLUS are rounder, whereas the Isolation PLUS have the traditional cylindrical shape you see with the stock Shure tips. The round shape may be more comfortable for some, but I found that the round shape didn't seal as well. This may force some to try a size up, which can defeat the purpose of the more comfortable round shape. Some have complained that Comply tips change the frequency response or muffle the sound, but I didn't notice any difference. I do, however, always compress the top of the foam to the level of the barrel so that the top edge of the foam doesn't block the barrel when inserted. These do have the built-in wax guard, but Shure has recently begun placing a wax guard in their stock foam tips as well. These are a decent product for those who are bothered by the stock tips, but there is little to be gained for others.

Really is perfect comfort
Had a pair of Shure 535se and it had amazing sound but it hurt to put on. Tried every ear piece that it came with. Actually shelved that and used a 50 dollar Klipsch that I can't remember the model number. Decided to maybe try another ear peice for the Shure. Night and day difference. I can't use anything else now at home. Not the best noice cancellation but hey I'm home I can make a quiet spot. Wouldn't wear that setup on the road but that's what wireless is for.

Perfect... best earbud replacement on the market.
Perfect...Great isolationGreat fit (once you find the size you need with this mixed size kit, you can then buy 3 pair of a singe size) Make sure you understand how to put them into your ears, you must first compress the foam with your fingers, insert them and allow the memory foam to rebound and adjust to your ear.If they are loose after they expand they are too small, if they apply too much pressure when they expand too big, if they feel secure and apply just a hint of pressure that's the Goldilocks size.Very comfortable, can wear them all dayBuilt-in wax screensBottom line... I think these are the best ear-bud replacements on the market.

Adds comfort, but also improves the sounds drastically! A must buy!
A definite must have for any in ear headphones. I was never dissatisfied with the quality of sound from my Klipsch R6i ear buds. What turned out to be a purchase to improve comfort, turned out to be an investment towards superb sound for an already great pair of headphones. Every element of the sound from bass to treble, were improved with these tips. They also turned my cheap sub $100 phone into a great noise canceling alternative. Seriously, when I wear these at the gym or the office, the world around me is tuned out. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and I will be sure add these tips onto any future ear bud purchases.

Great aside from durability.
These are comfortable, effective, and unlike other reviewers, I didn't find their sizes to be unusual. The large fits me quite well, which puts them in-line with most other ear tips. The only down side I find with these is that they're not entirely durable, though this is probably unavoidable with current foam technology. Fair warning: these will disintegrate on contact with isopropyl alcohol. I use my earbuds in fairly filthy environments, and I've developed a habit of occasionally wiping the tip down with hand sanitizer... imagine my surprise as my comfortable new foam tips crumbled in my hands! Lesson learned. I like them enough that I ordered more.

What I expected
These tips fit my headphones (check the size chart before buying and compare with your current headphones), perfectly. I was pleased with the comfort and seal of these tips compared to those that came with my headphones. I bought the mixed pack to see what size was most comfortable for me, and I would recommend this for first time buyers. In the future I will buy the 3-pack of the medium sized tips as that's what fit me best.

Amazing. Will be ordering again.
These are the best. I picked up some Klipsch X11 but hated the silicon on my ears. These foam tips feel WAY better. I wear head/ear phones most of the day and these are a life saver. They also isolate better than the silicon which translates to a nicer sound. It took a bit of practice to put them in the first try. Do yourself a favor and head over to Comply's website and check there FAQ for a "How to use" video.I am used to wear earplugs so this wasn't much of an adjustment from that. I have yet to hit my threshold for wearing these and have probably had them in 6 hours in an 8 hour workday. As for fit I thought I was small when I got them but after a few weeks I switched to the mediums and worked pretty good. I am usually a medium tip kinda human.

Difficult to get on
Very difficult to get on. Still cannot get one one. Once I did get one on, it was very comfortable.

Solid 5 stars for *my* ears & phones
Great fit for my beyerdynamic Byron BTAs - Not much to say; A pair of small, med and large means you can try and find the right ones for you, and then buy the triple one size packs instead when needed. These things are always subjective though, but it does exactly what it says on the box for me. Comfortable, great seal, great noise isolation and hardly any leakage on my earphones. Leakage will still depend on your earphones' design, though.

Prefiero pagar caro y disfrutar.

good porduct but
these ear tips are on the face of it great & you can get a real comfortable seal & superior sound satge when they are fitted & are sealing correctly which you would expect from such an expensive ear tip even though you do get all 3 different sizes so you can experiment to get the correct fitting size for yourself. however i havent had these very long & one of the ear tips i was using has 'completely' spilt down the middle rendering it completely useless to which impressed i am not!!! especially cosidering the price tag of these babies. not sure if it is my fault but i dont consider when i was using them & listening that i was doing anything untoward wrong. i know they are constructed of a memory type of foam but did expect a bit more out of them dont know why it has spilt but dont think i will be getting any more well not at this price anyway!! i'll look for a more durable ear tip & would suggest that anyone considering these would think about it as i wont be again for they price they should have lasted ages
