Delicate printer
Printer does its job fine, but the build quality is so poor that even a drop will cause it to stop working. I accidentally dropped the printer once and the print paper cover damaged and the roller misplaced. I contacted the customer care to order a replacement of the parts and I payed rs 300 for two rollers. The delivery didn't reach me for some reason. I needed the printer every day so I ordered the same thing again and again paid rs 300 (total 600), but there is no reply after that from the seller and I lost the printer price and the roller price. If you are planning to buy the printer, handle with ut most care...

a good choice but some things to know before use
i will surely recommend but if u want to use this with windows pc then u have to gain some knowledge about connectivity. this printer does not operate via usb c cable to pc. it only supports bluetooth so ur pc must have bluetooth connection. here is a short instruction on how to do it:>install driver properly and select ur windows>u have to check which port is using for communication>then select that port and proceedalso note, this product works smoothly for both pc and mobile at the same time

not good for PC users
it works fine with mobile devices (For now, will update this review if my mind changes). There are so many issues with printing with PC, drivers that the company provides set up the printer just fine, but there are no customizations such as setting default margins or paddings etc.and it does not work with Linux, no matter how much you try to configure.
