Luck of the draw
I've bought several of these in different thicknesses and lengths due to their not tarnishing like my silver chains. The sturdiness seems to have no rhyme or reason on these. I've had some that hold up for years and some that fall apart in days. I recommend taking a pair of pliers upon arrival and closing up the small jump rings that connect the clasp to the chain itself. I find this helps its durability over the long haul. The materials are good. The quality in assembly seems to be lacking. Keeping this in mind it's a worthwhile purchase for the price.

Sturdy
I bought this 2mm stainless chain for my neck knife, which I wear daily. After 5 months I can safely say this chain will hold up under some pretty harsh conditions. I recommend this chain to everyone..

Chain easily pulls from the clasp
Within 30 days of purchasing, I discovered that the necklace is not sturdy enough to wear 24/7. One morning I found the necklace's jump ring had pulled out of the last link in the box chain. I put it back together and started wearing just during the day. It got caught in my hair and when trying to get it loose it came apart in my hands. The box links are ok but there is nothing to stop the last link from spreading and letting the jump rings out.

The chain looked great, I was happy with appearances
The chain looked great, I was happy with appearances. I chose stainless steel as I live in a coastal area and did not want silver to rust. BUT, when I caught my finger in the chain when putting my hair up, a link broke and luckily I caught the pendent before it came off the chain. Would look at purchasing the 2mm instead of 1mm for strength.

Gorgeous, simple and elegant
Purchased as a gift to replace a broken chain. While it won't work as the replacement item its intended to be. It's beautiful and will be used for another pendant!

Cheap and not made well
Chain was not smooth and seemed to have sharp edges. When I would adjust the chain around my neck it felt like sandpaper

I'm hip now
This is my second necklace by Kissyan and I purchased them within a week of each other after I liked the first one. A good friend noticed it like a minute after she saw it for the first time and it's a nice piece of jewelry and its inexpensive. I use it to hold a medallion (light) and even wear it to bed, can;t even tell I'm wearing one. I doesn't grab hairs and I have yet to notice any issues with my skin so that's good. It basic and functional if needed and I wouldn't hesitate to give it as a basic gift to someone as hip as me. I chose the 2mm width and for me needs I made the perfect choice. I would consider a thicker one if I was just going to get a shorter one for looks but for now I like what I got and would buy it again
