A FORD OEM replacement part.
It took me less than two minutes to take out the old one and install the new switch. Check YouTube, they have tons of video showing how to get it done. I used this part to fix our 2010 FX4 F150. Ford said it would be April of 2022 before the switch would be available to be restocked for them. The part has a feature for a locker that our truck didn’t. It allows the button in the switch to “pull out.” Really the only difference is internal and a small locker picture on the switch, you will be the only person who knows. The 4x4 is now working flawlessly in the truck and I didn’t have to wait until the winter was over to get it fixed!

Exact fit for 2013 FX4
If your rear differential is randomly locking and unlocking this may very well be the issue. Lots of good videos online showing what the issue is. Followed the video and popped the switch out instead of taking the dash apart. Snapped the connector into the new one and pushed it into its home in the dash and all is back to working normally. As others have said this switch is 2WD, 4H and 4L...it does not have 4 auto.

Seems like a legit part
Arrived in an OE box. Seems like a legit OE part at a reasonable price, but will update again later if I find any issues. Fixed the broken switch in my 2013 Raptor that had the infamous cracked screw bosses. Hopefully this one will last at least another 10 years.

Works like a charm - but make sure and know what you're buying first!
This product works exactly as described and is very easy to replace. My 4WD switch broke and my 2013 F150 King Ranch and the Electronic Locking Differential was switching on when it shouldn't have been. This product solved that problem. However, and this is definitely my fault for not paying closer attention, but this product is NOT for vehicles that have a "Auto 4WD" function. The product has 2WD, 4H and 4L. However, since my vehicle has options for all three, including Auto 4WD, the switch does not work properly for my vehicle. Now, when I shift the indicator to 4H, my vehicle actually goes to Auto 4WD. When I switch to 4L, my vehicle goes to 4H. I have lost the ability to shift to 4L. For now, it definitely fixed the problem that I was originally having. But if I need 4L anytime soon...I will have to get another replacement that includes all 4 functions (2WD, 4A, 4H, 4L). All in all - great product! Just make sure you're getting the right one for your vehicle.
