Thank goodness I found this.
I have struggled all my adult life with sleeping. A friend recommended these capsules and at first I didn't think they were helping. I kept taking them though and after using them for over a week, I started to feel the effect. I take one capsule in the evening and about an hour later I feel so tired I can't keep my eyes open. I sleep so well throughout the night. I found the way of improving my sleep by taking these capsules, using the white noise machine, no coffee after 1pm, only decaf, and voila, my sleep has never been better. Thank you.

Disappointed
Last year when i got these they had 5mg melatonin in which absolutely helped me with my sleep, now these have no melatonin. Disappointed really and i wont be buying them again.
