I ordered the pink jade .. however my face piece isn’t pink but I guess it’s okay. It doesn’t come with instructions, not even a leaflet. But I guess ppl can come online to search how to properly use it. I keep the roller in the bathroom to use while I’m brushing my teeth and brushing my hair. It’s extremely cooling on the face, feels incredibly smooth. As I’m rolling, I literally feel my skin tightening.As it’s winter now, since the weather is cold, and the roller is cool, it’s like double duty.

It's a five star product to be sure, but to be completely honest, the chill of it is worked off so quickly that there's almost no point to freezing it. It's warm to the touch in under three minutes because of both the friction of the roller turning and the heat of your skin. That said, it works *brilliantly* on gently targeting those tense, horrible tendons in your neck that get stiff from staring at a screen/working at your desk too long. When you massage them with your hands there's always that chance you'll apply too much pressure and do more harm than good, but this tool takes out the guesswork: the weight and size of the larger roller is EXACTLY right for working out the tension in those tendons without bruising you or overdoing it. I suffer from nighttime bruxism so bad it makes my cheeks quiver when I smile, and the smaller roller is exactly what I need to work some of that terrible tension in my face and give me some relief.Overall, don't count on the thing staying cold past the two minute mark, but the rest of it? A+. Quality craftsmanship, beautiful to look at, arrives in nice packaging: a quality purchase all the way around.

I have been using this product for about a month and I love it! I wash my face, use the roller with my face cream and follow directions given. I put it in the freezer before my morning shower so I can use it chilled across my eyes and cheeks to push away the morning puffiness and it does just that! I have also been using it between my eyes where I have a crease that runs up my forehead that I hate! It has been smoothing it nicely and makes it less obvious. I follow up the gua sha tool and follow online video demonstrations showing how to move the tool across your face to remove puffing while detoxifying with lymphatic drainage massage. I must say I was skeptical but after a month of use, I am a believer! I am going to continue purchasing these tools in different textures, stones and shapes. I can't wait to try more and have loyally added this to my twice a day beauty routine.
