The overall experience is good.
The overall experience with the product and seller is good. I was little skeptical to buy a refurbished laptop but the product that I have received is in good condition and working fine since last 3 months. The seller team ensured timely delivery and the packaging was good. In fact they called to check if the product is working fine. Would recommend this seller to others.

Fabulously fine product, way better than I expected, truly satisfied.

Refurbished option was the best deal
Got the laptop on the 5th day as promised, product was as per description and in excellent conditions , earlier use signs were barely noticeable and it worked like new, however there were some missing functionalities and features butSeller customer support were very helpful in sorting out the issues of missing features and got the product replaced in no time

I am writing this review after 6 months of use.+ No hardware issue is found, however SATA Drive sometimes makes low pitched whirring and whining noise after long hours of use.+ Battery is good.+ Some scratches / screw driver sharp edges marks on the sides at the port locations.+ Silver color top panel with hp logo has permanent smudges, visible at particular viewing angle.+ Some very faint marks on the glass panel of the screen, only visible at particular angle when screen is off. Marks are not visible while screen is powered on during work.+ Windows 10 updates are regular.+ Microsoft Office Activation expires after 6 months.+ Can not connect "Anydesk" for remote assistance for reactivation of office, limited support.+ Fast refurbished laptop.Will update this review again if require.+ No HDMI port. For HDMI connection use Display Port (DP) to HDMI Converter (Standard Accessory from HP / others) for connection with display devices with HDMI port.+ Inbuilt Bluetooth Version 4.2, hence can not connect multiple Bluetooth devices simultaneously.

Completely damaged item after use of few months then you realise it. Completely temporary item is painted looks new but not at all suggested

EXCELLENT PRODUCT
didn't expected such a good product . I was doubtful to buy a refurbish product but after receiving the laptop I was astonished .. Such a light weight and feel good product ..

Good laptop with loaded features
The laptop does the work effortlessly, decent product received. Very minor used marks seen. but the processor is not supporting upgrade to windows 11. Can use temporarily until windows 10 runs.
