I was so happy that I took the time and read about Dr. Tobias products. I've had stomach issues IBSD since I was 14 and I'm in my 70's now. With suffering for that many years you can imagine how many products I've tried, so needless to say I had just about given up on finding something that really worked. For many years I didn't take anything and just suffered and anyone with that disorder knows how uncomfortable it is. It's prevented me from attending many functions throughout my lifetime plus the pure pain from having it, I was restricted to staying home a lot!Many of the gastrologist I've had throughout my lifetime had prescribed may prescription drugs only for me to suffer from the many side effects, with none of them really helping me. So needless to say I was about to settle with the fact that I just had to suck it up and deal with what I was dealt. Until I accidently ran across Dr. Tobias's products on Amazon. I could hardly believe what I was reading how 99.9 % of the reviews were so positive. So I thought why not take a chance one more time. I am so happy that I did it's been about 2 weeks now and my bloating, gassiness and sharp stomach pains are just about totally gone. My pants are fitting looser and I am SO happy with how much better I feel. My trips to the bathroom have literally dropped in half and I'm sure that will get better in time.Just be patient when starting it for it did take about a week for my body (stomach) to adjust to it and I even took another capsule in the evening just to help with the pains but OMG, the results I felt was within 30 minutes, this is an absolute Miracle Pill and the ingredients must be exactly what I've needed to help me for almost 60 years.I have since ordered Dr. Tobias's Probiotic to replace the one my gastrologist had me taking. I figured if the Probiotic is as good as it is the Prebiotic must be amazing as well. From what I read on it, it also had the benefits I needed. I am looking forward to getting it tomorrow and taking them both to see and feel the results I will have.I will update my review after I have taken them both for about a month. I can hardly wait. This is a good quality prEbiotic and really helps food digestion to insure proper elimination with jn any more benefits. Most people who suffer from acid reflux, even worst cases, do so due to low not too much stomach acid. One may do many things like sprinkle a capsule of HCL (always with pepsin!) on animal protein portion or take before a meal, drink some virgin apple coder vinegar or any number of things, but this is a mice easy addition. I vary between yhis and Dr Tobias other less expensive pre-biotic blend and see them as a big help in healing my leaky gut which caused debilitating Rheumatoid Disease that devastated two years of my life. I am off methotrexate, no toxic biologics, healing in leaps and bounds with plant based diet from a disease that most rheumatologists say cannot be heales, just mitigated. Truth us, it is caused by leaky gut. RD also caused anemia so severe that I was scheduled for blood transfusions which are bad news. Instead, I signed a bunch of wavers with my doc and started taking massive amounts of plant based iron (megafoods blood builder) and my levels are out of danger zone and spiking up like nothing he's ever seen. I gradually switched to other brands too because the prebiotic is preventing constipation often associated with high iron supplements and makes the most of my food and supplements. Regainning use of my body like a normal person when I should be in a wheel chair, unable to hold a toothbrush or lift arms or hold an empty glass is miraculous. Dr Tobias's prebiotics are an important staple in my arsenal to get my life back. So many serious illnesses including depression start in the gut. Everyone would benefit from this little wirkhorse. If you have Rheumatoid Disease (not osteoarthritis), have an autoimmune disease or may suffer from canduda this is an absolute must. Dr Tobias also has a canduda/clense product that rocks.
