Q: Does this come with a calibration certificate?

We can offer you the calibration certificate of the sensor chips that the provider provided to us. The sensor chip we use is Swiss-made and has been fully calibrated in the factory. If you need the certificate, please contact us via our support email: support@ubibot.io Thank you.

Q: can the wifi connection be set up via the platform, i.e. without using the phone app?

Except the phone app, we also offer desktop app which can help to complete the wifi connection. The web platform is used for data monitoring and remote management.

Q: Are they precalibrated?

Not exactly sure what precalibrated means. The device was 'plug and play' for me, and the temperature readings track with other non-calibrated devices in the same space. I have no way to evaluate the other readings, but they seem reasonable to me.
