I went to visit my boyfriend for two weeks (we’re long distance) and I decided to buy an adult card game for us to spend some time getting to know each other better. I bought this based on reviews, and it did not disappoint! We don’t sit down and go through a whole bunch of cards at once, we shuffled all of them and each of us grabs one throughout the day. It’s made for some very interesting conversations and learning about each other. Nothing that we would have had an issue talking about, but it just makes it easy and fun for ideas to talk about things. It’s gotten to the point where he jumps up and grabs a card or two without being asked.. (we know guys usually aren’t the ones initiating this stuff, so it was exciting to see!)The cards are large print and easy to read, separated into 4 different categories. I look forward to more reading of the cards and learning more about each other..

Durability:The cards are thick and not flimsy or easy to tear.Age range:definitely as described 17+ because of some of the silly things for younger couples.Pacing:able to converse and share experiences. Not a rushed game.Value for money:worth itLaughter level:have felt happy in a few weeks until i played this with my husband. We really enjoyed it. Before i fell asleep i told him he made me happy tonight spending time with me.

Being brutally honest the flat out truth is this just isn't a game... There is no winning or losing... No competition or cooperation... No challenge... There is no objective aside from take a card and discuss...(I have included a photo of the instructions that literally say just that for all of the 'Rules.')So it just isn't in my opinion a Game. It is an activity...If you buy this expecting a party game or family game or really just expect to have a 'Fun' time and play a game in general you are going to likely be disappointed...It just isn't like that...That doesn't mean though that this product is bad or isn't worth it. It might not be what I specifically call "Fun Game" but I can call it an "Enjoyable Activity" instead.If you have a couple of friends or a friend that you want to know more about and they want to know more about you, this is or can be a great way to do that.It is basically a conversation starter cheat sheet. Pull a card and discuss and that is it.Ice breaker for simple questions like "What was the last park you visited."Deep for harder or more thought provoking questions like "What conspiracy theories do you believe in."And Deeper for well deeper questions like "Have you questioned your spirituality or considered changing religions."(All actual cards in the game.)I mean does simply talking about that stuff sound like a 'Fun Game..?' Probably not... But it could very well bring some Enjoyable conversations and insights into people you know...Or heck be used to help you learn about new people quickly like as a date night Activity (Which there is actually different more mature versions of this product for couples hence why this is called the 'Friends Version.')Anyways though the product is good, decent quality but keep in mind what I said above to not find yourself disappointed expecting something different.Other things worthwhile of note is the Icebreaker is the smallest deck by far, followed by the Deep card deck and the Deeper Deck.Deeper Deck is about 1/2 (4/8) of the cards, Deep deck about 3/8 and the Ice Breaker deck about 1/8 if I were to approximate.Bad thing is probably 3/8 of the box is just a cardboard spacer which on one hand might be intended for expansion packs. But I think is more likely to be a marketing ploy of Making products look bigger and like they contain more then they do so they seem like they are more of a value.Which is not good becuase not only is it deceptive, but also it needs extra packaging materials and takes more to ship both volume and weight wise which is of course environmentally bad.Putting that aside I will say it is a good product overall and is a nice activity in the right company. Hopefully this is helpful.

Worth every dollar. This has been a wonderful activity on date night with the content of cards being focused on relationship building and getting to know each other. There are a few cards with sexual themes, but they can be counted on one hand. There is an expansion pack by this company that could be added to this box if you want to add that in.

This was fun to play with my boyfriend. Get this card if you have category was the worst. It seemed to want couples to fight. LOL

We enjoyed the concept and had some good laughs, but the prompts felt a bit repetitive after a while. Great for a casual night in, but we were hoping for more variety and deeper questions. Still cute for couples looking to connect in a fun way
