Great tool
I have been thinking of getting a minichain saw for some time and have read many reviews. For me safety is paramount and I tend to be wary of the cheaper brands from China.I went for the latest Worx model with the oil tank and auto oiling system.I have to say what a good choice that was.Firstly Worx is a trusted brand and it comes more or less ready to use with no messing around putting chains on etc.The build quality is execellent.Lightweight but sturdy. One point to note it comes without any chainsaw oil so remember to buy some when you order or you will not be able to use itJust be careful when filling the oil tank as it can overfill very quickly.Very easy to use and I feel very safe operating it.The beauty of the minichain saw in the ability to get into tight areas to trim branches. It is also single handed operation.Very impressed with how easily and quickly it cuts through some quite think branches.Yes Worx are more expensive than other types but for me it is money well spent and I would highly recommend this product

Small but competent
I have several chain saws but all of them are difficult to get into small spaces, or to manipulate in a tight space. I do have a Worx pole saw which has a 6 inch cut and is good for the niche use, so this was an obvious addition. The 5 inch chain seems miniscule, especially compared to some of my petrol saws, but it does work at all sorts of angles and it is much easier to get into small spaces that my "Alligator" double handed pruning saw cannot even begin to reach. It is also light weight. The saw does require oiling, and is not suitable for prolonged operation, so it isn't miraculous and worth 5 stars, but for the target use, this is a very good, nicely presented solution.

Great for pruning your bush
Brought to clear up some big branches from a silver birch that had been cut down using a B&D pole saw and also to tidy up a big bush that was becoming a nuisance next to our driveway making it difficult to open the car door. It tacked these like a dream. Easy to operate, not heavy (was going to buy a reciprocating saw until I realise how much they weigh) and recharge takes less than an an hour for the standard battery. I think that any adult could use this without effort, be you a fit guy in your 20s or an older person. You have to keep the chain lubed as it doesn't have a self lube system. There is a small bottle in the package (empty on delivery) so expect to have to buy some chainsaw oil. I personally think the supplied bottle won't last long as it seems a bit flimsy. I bought a traditional steel oil can https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B000LFTT6K/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 which does the job for me. I also bought the Worx hard case to store the saw in as I don't see it getting regular use apart from a few times a year. Overall a great product

Worx, Second to None!
An excellent item from Worx. The battery lasts approx. 55 minutes, depending on how hard the wood is you are cutting. I have used many chainsaws over the past few years but this one by Worx is by far the best. (The only draw-back is that you are not supplied with gloves or goggles/safety glasses).I have a number of Worx gardening items & they have been & continue to be an excellent asset to me.I highly recommend their purchase.

So far so good
Will start by saying all my power tools are from worx I have mostly all of them and I wouldn't buy any other brand mine didn't come with bar oil the bottle was empty lol but thats fine cos I had bar oil for my other petrol chinsaw which is good for big jobs but then you have to mix the 2 stroke oil fill it full of bar oil and empty it when your finished using it and the petrol to when she starts i let her tick over for about 2 or 3 minutes before using her but with this awesome bit of kit put the battery on oil up the chain and your ready to cut ok its not going to cut down a huge tree but really good for anything the size of the chain and a little bit bigger there are 2 guys from the UK that do videos on YouTube of worx tools you should subscribe to both there channels worx should be paying the to review there tools and another thing I didn't mention the chinsaw I have there's no way I would even think about climbing a tree with it straped to my bags but with this no problem at all its also very light weight its like a kids toy compared to my chainsaw I also got the extension pole witch was 40 quid more never used one before but it worx really well just but it you'll love it 10 out of 10 from me

Poor support and no chain replacement available make this a bad investment
This is a handy and rugged tool. I use it a lot when I can. Unfortunately the lack of support from worx and that I have not been able to source a replacement chain renders it useless.Let’s hope Worx recover from their difficulties because they offer equipment is built to a satisfactory standard.
