it's insane how good this is
it knocks me out within half an hour, I even do consume a lot of caffeine prior to it in my pre-workout supplements, yet it cancels out the caffeine effect and just sends me ZZzz.I wish I knew this product existed earlier.

Half tablet.
Half tablet is enough. Not so groggy or sluggish on wakening. Works very quickly. Sweet dreams👍 do a little research about main ingredient too.
