A good heavy secure bench at a reasonable price. There is a lot of steel in this bench and I can't see me damaging it by using it. It came well packed and the assembly instructions were clear. Both myself and my wife have been using it and although we need different settings it is quick and easy to adjust. It is possible to store it standing up but it is safer if you can leave it in position ready to use. I would have liked it six inches longer but it is a good basic bench and good value.

Great bench for the price, i got it mainly for its core workout capability, but you can do so much more with it. Lots of free weight options and preacher curls and great for de-cline exercises. Very Strong, very high max user weight. Very adjustable to suit many shapes and sizes. Easy enough to put together. Came next day even though i opted for the free postage. Very well packed and safe. Very, Very happy with this all round.

This seems a great bit of kit which is reasonably priced (I got it on a lightning deal in Dec 2024 for £118).It seems well made and good quality, plus was easy to build.It has wheels on one end so is easy to manoeuvre out the way, and then position vertically to store (it doesn’t fold down to store).It comes with easy to understand instructions, two Allen keys and a spanner so you don’t need any separate tools to build it.It also comes with a workout poster of potential exercises.You can store weights underneath the bench on the two rods.You can adjust the bench, padded upright frame and leg press frame to do a variety of exercises including back hyper extensions and side bend hyper extensions on the Roman Chair, crunches, sit-ups, leg lifts, reverse crunches, Preacher curls, bench press, chest press, dumbbell fly, single arm rows and other flat bench and decline bench exercises etc etc.Note - this bench has flat and decline options - if you want the incline option to sit up for shoulder press/incline exercises you need the other version of this bench.Also, I’m 5’4” and the bench is fine for me but I wouldn’t be sure it was big enough if you were very tall.However, I did have an issue once I was half way through building the bench, in that I unpackaged one of the pieces and found it was damaged where the coating had come off and the bare metal was showing. I carried on building the bench but ultimately decided to return it as I wasn’t happy with the damage even though it didn’t effect the use. It was easy to return, the free UPS collection from home came the next working day and I got a full refund.

Great bit of kit at the price I'm 6ft2 an the bench is big enough for me, I would recommend getting a set of dumbbells as one set of exercises requires them, bench is sturdy an instructions easy to follow when putting it together

Brilliant product! Does everything I need it to do in a home gym. I’m a 5ft girl and struggle with adjusting equipment in the gym as the lowest adjustment settings still tend to be unsuitable for my height, especially back/glute hypers, however this bench adjusts to the perfect settings for me. Comfortable padding, easy adjustment, perfect size, very sturdy & stable & super easy to build. Would definitely recommend!

Easy to put together, good quality. It is actually quite compact and good for a small space. Takes my weight just fine 84kg - very pleased!

When I opened the box I thought oft! however in all truth it was easy enough to put together.Great bench, well worth the money and great qualityI bought primarily for my wife but have used it for a few work outs myself. Lower back and abs, very good. would also be good for a wee weights work out
