I do some fishing and new that some high strength braids that resists scrapes where available. I've used thinner braid for fishing and know these hold up well. But this time I was looking for something to repair my blinds with. The internal nylon strings they use is close to .75 mm and is easily frayed and broke several times over the years. So this time I ordered the 200lb braid which I'm hoping will last longer than factory strings. So far so good. :) Will use the rest as backer on some bottom jigging trolling reels, and save some for use on the other blinds in the house. :) The 8 strands makes this wind smooth without too much noise. good product.

It’s thin rope. But that’s what I was looking for. It cast fairly good as well and I couldn’t break it even when I wanted to.

Yanked a 2 lb bass up a dock 15 feet off the water with this the first time out. Lacks a smooth wax coating like many braids like Power Pro, Spiderwire, or 832, but it is also a fraction of the price of those. For the price, it does the job, but the casting distance is noticeably shorter. A solid 4 stars for the price point at the number of yards you get. But it looks great on my white on white rod/reel setup.

Smooth strong and easy casting don’t spend a fortune on braided line when you have the best with this product that you can possibly get for almost a third of the cost of other big name brands. This product will also will not damage your plastic or aluminum real like a Solid or other ice fishing lines would do. Item was advertised to be delivered about a month out. I ordered a spool of white 30 lb test string anyway... I received it earlier than estimated, so that was great. :-)I did have a specific use for this string though, so using my digital fish scale, I did a pull test, twice. Both times the string broke at 21 pounds tensile load. :-(The stuff is cheap enough, so I'll keep this roll. But I will go ahead and order the 40 lb test string, to see if I can get an improvement in tensile strength.
