Q: What voltage does this bed run at?

this isn't a bed its just a magnetic spring steel build surface and a bad one at that the spring steel doesn't bend well and its just a build surface sticker save your money and get a powder coated pei sheet

Q: Anyone use this with abs ? does the higher heat destroy the magnetism?

Haven’t tried with ABS but have issues with PLA and TPU being TOO sticky, causing the top layer to physically rip off the plate

Q: can this be cut to size or will it leave jagged metal edges that will not be level?

It is hardened spring steel. I cut mine down with a large pair of tin snips, It was almost impossible to cut. It came out ragged. I then used a belt grinder to do the final trimming, and smooth the edges. I don't recommend cutting it down. However, now that it is cut to size it is fantastic.
