Eastman Outdoors 37069 30 Stainless Steel Professional Outdoor Cooking Set with CSA Shut Off

Don't worry about waiting too long for the heat to increase on this fryer. It gets hot fast. I actually burned my first batch of peanut oil because I wasn't watching closely enough. Not the product's fault; totally user error. If I could re-buy another turkey fryer it'd still be this one. The stainless steel beats those cheap aluminum ones, every time. Good product.

This is a sturdy cooker, easy to use, and the stainless steel surface makes clean up a breeze. We have used it to fry turkey and boil crab legs and it performed flawlessly. You need to pay attention to the timer or you will lose your flame and have to restart. The burner is super powerful and gets you to temperature quickly and easily maintain it while cooking.

Very nice product, only wish the thermometer was longer than 12 inches, when using to cook down maple syrup it needs to go down another 6 “ to touch the liquid. Glad I spent the extra money on this to have the heavy duty base and stainless vs alum pot

I’ve only used this once to fry a turkey for thanksgiving. Works as expected. Can’t wait to do a crab boil during the summer. Quality product that seems like it is built to last.

This would have got 5 stars but there was a few problems. It was missing some nuts and bolts to assemble it. Also, the mounting holes in the stand for the burner was drilled in the wrong location. I had to drill out the holes bigger and only use 2 of the 3 mounting holes for the burner. Then I had to go get some carriage bolts and nuts ( that they didn't put in the package) so I could finish the assembly. For the price I was expecting this thing to be flawless. I'm glad I got this thing together and tested out well before I really needed it on thanksgiving or I would have been in a bad spot. I just unwrapped the turkey injector that comes with it and it's broken and it was still wrapped in the plastic. Now I am real mad. I wouldn't buy this thing.

Bought this product to cook our Thanksgiving turkey. Very disappointed as before I could start cooking the turkey the timer shutoff had a fault & would not work. As a result I was unable to keep the flame going. Eventually after having to reset the timer so often trying to get it to work the know broke. I was eventually able to jam the timer shutoff so it worked. Terrible quality product.

Haven't used it yet, but it's really nice looking and all the pieces were there and was fairly easy to put together.

I definitely got what I paid for, higher grade parts that performed as stated. It s is worth mentioning that you can safely cook with your oil above the “fill limit” indicated on the pit itself.

Great quality unit. We really like the stainless pot although it would be nice if it had a drain spigot. We've had another brand name similar to this and this is much higher quality for the money.

Great size. Takes a while to heat up the grease and keep hot when deep frying frozen food like wings

Worked great with a turkey the weight of 15lbs

Bought as a gift for my husband. He wants to deep fry everything now!
