Charge problems

NIGHTMARE! Dirty, losses charge 3 days, head itched for all night. WARNING! stay away.
I bought this based on the all the reviews and wow what a nightmare. Came in box unsealed and no plastic wrapping. Front was dirty with tiny hair like fragments but clean under blade. Cleaned with alcohol, charged it up fine and then shaved beard Placed on charging stand with 87% battery and was completely dead 3 days later. Charged it again and then shaved head. Placed back on charging stand with like 86% battery power. MY HEAD SEVERLY ITCHED ALL NIGHT LIKE I HAD HIVES!. Checked it the next day, fine still had 86% charge. Checked the following day, same, still had charge. Checked it 3rd day and BAM, dead as doornail. I made sure it was off each time. This product was dirty nasty garbage. Will never choose this brand again.

Disappointing
My brother has been using this product for a couple of months now and every time he trims his beard it results in noticeably uneven areas. At first he thought he was using it incorrectly, but after months of trimming and seeing random very short areas in his beard compared to the rest every single time, he concluded that this trimmer is defective. Save your money and get something else that will not leave your beard/stubble uneven and force you to completely shave your whole face as you try to fix it.

Well it’s really lite may be too lite. And it did not come with oil for the blades,which is like getting an iPhone with out the charger....
