Item arrived very fast!Delivery was smooth and product exceeded expectations of quality.We normally buy such products from Alibaba but needed a fast and high quality replacement for our treatment bed at a decent price and this fit the bill rather nicely.This treatment chair is exceptional compared to the Chinese products we've purchased in the past. Granted, the price is much more than the above, but you get what you pay for!This product arrived fully assembled.The cushion is firm and thick, the steel base is as strong as they come, it comes with all the parts whether you need them or not (arm pads, stirrups, etc), and it does look exactly like the ad photos except for ONE important thing: on the bottom of the base above the wheels (excellent, strong wheels, btw), the manufacturer's/company's logo is blatantly and obnoxiously plastered onto the steel, in red and blue letters, which is an eye sore.Despite the small annoyance above, everything else was top notch including shipping and customer service (excellent communication) so we rate this 5 stars and will be back for more in the future.
