Velcro closure is on wrong side and you cannot really wrap around your ankle and arms
I personally could not use this product. Not sure if it was only me or if it is an actual issue with the manufacturer. The velcro is on the wrong side and does not allow you to wrap nicely the weight around your ankle or arms. Basically, I need to twist in a completely unnatural fashion the velcro strip in order for the weight to fit. That caused rush on your ankle/arms and I had to stop using them.
