Easy to Use and Works
The refill kit was easy to use, if a bit messy (but with practice I think I will be tidier next time) and worked well. Online videos showed exactly what to do and to ensure the cartridges are primed properly.Definitely a good money saving kit compared to buying full price HP cartridges.To be honest only bought due to lack of availability of the HP cartridges during COVID lockdown but now glad I did so.

Works for me
Don't push the needles in all the way and do the final extraction shown in the video. Printer was smart enough to recognize refilled cartridges but accepted them and printed. Printer HP Envy 5032 using HP304 black ink and colour ink cartridges. I peeled the labels off the cartridges rather than puncturing them. Happy to recommend.

Quality ink and brilliant customer service
I found out about refilling ink and 118.com/Quality refresh by accident. I am impressed at how easy it is to follow the videos to refill my cartridges, so I ordered the ink and priming tool. The order came in good time with one item missing but this was rectified in a timely manner. Customer service was on point and the order has everything that you need to refill your 304 HP cartridges. I will be buying ink this way from now on and only from 118.com/Quality refresh.

Great Product, Clear Instructions
The order arrived a few hours ago and the printer is back in business. What I like most of all is that the kit supplied makes the job easy and it works! The priming tool ensures that that everything goes smoothly. I have a new printer so I was expecting a message about a refilled cartridge. But no! Printer did what it was told!

Perfect perfect!
Absolutely brilliant! Really easy to do after watching their video (which incidentally is very relaxing, a bit like watching an Irish version of Bob Ross the painter) Only filled the colour cartridge so far. It works great and took the correct amount of ink so I see no reason that it shouldn't do the do. It'll save an absolute fortune. Great stuff James and Katie, thank you!
