I followed the measurements and ordered what is suggested. It does fit correctly. It feels like a sturdy rubber mudflap. On red/high it stays active. On med/white and low/blue it toggles the battery draw. Both of my power banks work with it on high, but the one shuts down if it doesn't see a continuous draw, so if the vest is on med or low I would have to reboot the power bank every 2 - 3 minutes. Paid under $6 USD, acceptable for what I received. Hopefully it heats during winter as advertised.

Way too small. Not anywhere close to purported US size. Vest only fit my 8-year-old grandson. Huge disappointment on Christmas morning.

I bought two of these. The sizes are extremely small and does not fit me. I bought a xxl and it fits like a medium They take a long time to charge. You cannot tell if it is charging and the heat is so minimal that it is not worth you money. DO NOT BUY!!!

The vest doesn't work. There was heat at first and then after a few minutes it stopped working. We have checked the battery pack and it works for our other vest. I will look on info to return. I think this is from China because shipping took a long time.
