If you want to get feeling better, start taking mushroom products. The taste isn't too bad. It definitely helps after the first week of taking it mood and body filling.

Have become a real believer in Lions Mane. My husband has mild dementia and we both have noticed a big difference. Host Defense is a top of the line product that has been reliable for decades! Don’t mess around with less expensive products!

Rx by functional Dr. it works so well! I tested being off this vs being on it a few times over 4 years and it continues to make a difference! I can think more clearly, feel great on it and I don’t have any side effects. If there are side effects, I’ll feel them-I’m sensitive to everything.

I wanted to like this product. I bought it because of the reviews. But I experienced a “brain zapping” effect in the middle of my sleep a few times that night. I don’t take any meds or anything else that could have caused this. After researching it more (hindsight) the bacopa or lions Maine could have done this. I’m not comfortable trying it again after that. Also - mild anxiety for about hour after taking it. Which didn’t surprise me. Now I’m stuck with this. I should mention I tried this brand before - another mushroom, and had to stop after a week. I don’t think anyone who is sensitive should start with this brand. Clearly very potent - or maybe quality. Hard to say.
