Omix-Ada13318.07 | Turn Signal Lever | OE Reference: 5362173 | Fits 1976-1986 Jeep CJ

I had to drill out the mounting screw hole a little to make it work, but it looks and functions like it should replacing the old one which was missing the plastic knob at the end.

The turn signal switch lever not only looks like the original but fits perfectly. It was if it was cloned by a mad scientist with its replacement and kept in an ice chest right along side of Phillip J. Fry waiting for some unsuspecting Jeeper like me to pick it from it's slumber. The feeling I got when I saw this little lever of mine newly installed in my CJ was heart warming to say the least. I knew I would never have to worry about climbing in Beast-J (I call my CJ "Beast-J") and have to worry about not having a proper looking turn signal lever for my ride. I feel more of a man now that I have installed this turn signal lever. Thank you Amazon for this life changing event.

For a Jeep CJ be ready to drill out hole for proper fitment. If you us stock self tapping screw to go back on signal light switch the lever will not sit flush on switch and will have lots of play. You will need to drill out hole so that the screw inserts easily. This will allow a nice and proper fit. Other than that it is a good product.

I wanted to use it to replace just the black plastic handle to avoid pulling the steering column apart, but this plastic handle is a screw on instead of using splines, so it does not fit the Jeep that it said it fit. It will be a bigger job than it looks...

chrome is kind of crappy but its functional.

A little tight of a fit into it's slot in the signal switch, but does fit with some patience and finagling.
