It's best of best product, I have been using this product since 11 months. It's had broken by myself, but it's still working now, it's helpful to my laptop, phone for charge, Im giving 5star bcoz this useful product, I'm recommend all you can buy this product

At first I put 1 star - because the product immediately broke within a couple of months after purchase - it just lay on the shelf and when I needed to use the power bank - it did not work, the support service did not respond at first - I wrote for several weeks. In the end, I was able to normally leave a request for a replacement through the official website of the manufacturer - and they also answered me by mail. The courier arrived - took the goods - found out that the device was broken not due to my fault - and the manufacturer made an exchange with a bonus from their company.Honestly, I really liked the bonus - that I decided to change the rating of this product to 4 stars - my MacBook, this power bank charges well several times. For some reason, this power bank cannot charge several devices at the same time - even if these devices consume very little energy. In general, it works well, beautiful design and easy to use - and most importantly, it charges the MacBook quietly - however, for this I had to buy a good 100A cable, the standard one included with the power bank is not suitable for charging the MacBook.

The power bank charges phones really fast and the battery of the power bank lasts for quite a bit.However there was a problem with my power bank as one of the usb ports is not working. After going on the website to register a complain, I realised that after filling the form and clicking submit, the page just redirects me to the homepage without submitting the form. I have attempted to is at least 20 times over the last three weeks. Regarding the same, i got in touch with them on WhatsApp first, only to constantly be talking to bots that were of no help. Eventually I emailed them the problem along w my information to resolve it. In details I explained the issue as well as provided the info said form requires as there’s an issue with their site and I can’t submit it there.There customer care on email is as good and helpful as speaking to a 2 year old toddler. In fact I think the toddler might be able to actually help you out. Not only have I had to explain the problem over and over again a million times, the only response I get almost robotically is “ we have not received your message. “ I finally gave up provided them my number and requested them to arrange a call back on my number which they have not bothered to do.Be try sad to know that a company providing such great products has one of the worst customer care service and zero help to provide with product defects/warranty etc. as much as I love this product, I will definitely not be ordering again solely based on the ridiculous post sale service

Build quality is not to great.It comes with a normal type c to c small size cable. Not the cable which is illustrated in the picture.Not much weight.Easily get scratches.It claims 65w fast charging and i only tested with 45w fast charging mobile phone.Capacity is good once fully charged i can full charge my 5000mah battery 4-5 times.

Very useful. Can use for more than 5 times for charging 5000mah capacity battery...especially while traveling

So the first peice I got was in a torn packaging with no inner box for Power Bank and it didn't charge my laptop with any 65W c to c wire. I replaced it and fortunately got a sealed peice which did charge my Lenovo ThinkPad. So for anyone ordering please check package as well as inner packaging if it's a faulty piece it won't work the original one should definitely charge your ThinkPad 65W charger one.
