Great little machine.
Product came before the due date and was needed to put in use quickly. It performed as promised and the requested adapter for 110 volts was included. I am delighted with the viscosimeter.

Instruction not great, inconsistent measurements
The viscosity measurement using this viscometer is not accurate or consistent. Instruction never stated how immerse the rotor needs to be in order to get accurate measurements. I tried immersing the rotor at different height level in my beaker, the measurements are all different. I tried measuring the viscosity of water and it keeps measuring way higher than it is supposed to be. Waste of my money.

Good product however….
Did not function at all when I used the equipment, I replaced the fuse and it worked, the fuse arrived blown. I suggest these items are tested prior to shipping.

Stop working if the 30 seconds. I can feel the motor humming but nothing is spinning
