I got value for my money

My sister suggested I bought complan as I don't eat well any more. Something my mother used to drink when I was a kid. I bought complan I have to say I like the taste it's easy to mix and it tastes good I will be buying it from now on.

Top of the line health food

I love it. It taste great (although i find it best with milk or milk substitute), it mixes well and its helped me a lot. I dont know why one of the other reviewers are complaining about taurine and high carb/sugar content as i cannot find taurine on neither of the ingredient lists (and taurine is safe for children in doses less than 500mg a day anyways) and its a meal replacement, its meant to be fairly high in everything to ensure full nutritional value. I am sure there are other options that are more specific to certain peoples needs but otherwise this is a great powder! The only complaint i have is that it takes ages to deliver to my home. I have decided to order in packs of three next time because it takes about 3-4 weeks to deliver to me.

Awful smell and awful taste too. I threw the entire box as could not bare the smell and taste. Furthermore the order from December came with the expiry date of March, not sure when the product was actually made..I did not even get to the point of the benefits of 32 nutritional ingredients
