Looks lovely but I can’t get the knack of seasoning the pan!
I’ve tried multiple times to season the pan and I just can’t get it right, the oil burns to the pan and things stick very easily. I think I will have to move to none stick. Pan looks lovely tho.

There is NO poisonous (ie teflon) coating .
Now we are better informed, it appears that some coatings for a non stick pan when they start deteriorating and then ingested can be a cause of some cancers. Stainless steel is best. BUT was amazed that the oil needed to fry must NOT be EXTRA virgin oil oil, must be of a lesser quality,, ie virgin olive oil, peanut oil and so on, to do with the burning rate of the higher quality oils. Shame, as I only have used extra virgin for ages. But am delighted with the pan and a happy to recommend it. Especially as the guarantee is 25 years!!

Great wee pan
Love this pan it’s easy to clean and not to heavy to cook with. I made a caramelised onion tart in it the first time. The tart turned out perfect ! So the pan stands up to both gas ring and oven.

Great Purchased
Love this pan. I thought it might be too shallow but it was perfect for making a type of Fritada, a mix of different vegetables - delicious. The food actually does taste better than the old pans l had. I purchased it more from the health aspect as my old ones were coated. I only kept the cast iron one.

Excellent quality pan.
Extremely even heat distribution across its wide, flat surface. Great for all kinds of sautéing and frying. Heats quickly but can then be controlled very easily. No obvious hot spots when cooking. Handle stays nice and cool even after an extended cooking period.

Is impossible to cook with this pan. I tried frying potato and was all stick into the pan! terrible. waste of food and money.
